SELL YOUR ARTWORK
ROBIN RILE FINE ART has specialized in the private sales, curation and distribution of 20th and 21st century masterworks since 1996. We have an international audience of private and corporate clients seeking art from our core 20th Century and Contemporary artists. If you have certified works from our core artists, we welcome the opportunity to earn your time, trust and business.
HOW IT WORKS
Robin Rile Fine Art can help you sell your artworks if they are one of the core artists we specialize in including Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso, Joan Miro, Bansky, Andy Warhol, Mr Brainwash, Robert Indiana, Damien Hirst, KAWS, Takashi Murakami, Harland Miller, Gerhard Richter or Mel Bochner. The process is a few simple steps to get started...
SUBMITTING YOUR ARTWORK
STEP 1
To submit an artwork for sale through Robin Rile Fine Art, click the “Sell Your Art” button and fill out the forms with your contact information and information about the artwork you wish to sell. You will be prompted to upload photos and pertinent documents related to the artwork directly onto the forms. Documents related to artworks may be Certification of Authenticity, past purchase orders, provenance information, condition reports and catalog listings. If you have specific pricing target goals, include that information on the forms. Once complete, submit the forms for review by our specialists.
REVIEWING YOUR ARTWORK
STEP 2
After receipt of all artwork information including photographs and documents, Robin Rile Fine Art will review the information provided and if the artwork is approved, we will determine a course for marketing your artwork. Robin Rile Fine Art will provide art market comparables to determine a fair sale price for the artwork. Once agreed, the artwork will be contracted for private sale.
CONTRACTING YOUR ARTWORK TO SELL
STEP 3
Contracting an artwork for sale through Robin Rile Fine Art will require your permission to market the work directly to our collectors and through online marketing sites. We may or may not require the physical possession of the artwork. The marketing agreement will quantify how the artwork will be marketed, for what length of time and how the sale process works.
MARKETING YOUR ARTWORK
STEP 4
For over 20 years, Robin Rile Fine Art has helped both buyers and sellers of fine art achieve their art collecting goals. We will use multiple established channels to promote your artwork to sell through our existing art collectors as well as new collectors who contact Robin Rile Fine Art through art marketing sites, our website and social media. We may determine the best course is to have physical possession of the artwork for private viewings or exhibitions.
SELLING YOUR ARTWORK
STEP 5
Once an offer for the artwork is received, Robin Rile Fine Art will contact the owner to discuss. If the offer is accepted and upon an agreed payment from the buyer, we require the artwork to be taken to a neutral third-party crating and storage facility near you. Once deposited and confirmed, we pay the funds associated with our consignment agreement. Upon clearance of the funds, you provide the third-party facility with a green-light to release the work to our possession. This method allows us to protect both buyers and sellers, as well as ourselves.
