We are SUPER excited about the newest creations from Street Art Icon Mr. Brainwash (AKA Thierry Guetta, b. 1966) including his “Silver Beagle” in chrome-painted fiberglass (Edition of 8, Dimensions: 90.2 x 77.5 x 59.7 cm). These sculptures obviously reminisce the famous Peanuts character, but also are evocative of KAWS‘ sculptures and Jeff Koons‘ Balloon “Rabbit” which sold for $91M. While we obviously could not anticipate this piece doing the same thing in price as the Koons, there are ample comparisons aesthetically.
